For partners
A brand worth bringing to your state.
Abby's Hope is a licensed medical cannabis formula with a real story, a proven formulation, and a patient population that is actively looking for something it can trust.

Why operators call us
Most cannabis brands are built. This one was fought for.
Jennifer developed this formula for her daughter Abby, who is nonverbal and profoundly autistic. After years of refinement and real-world observation, the formula worked. Georgia approved it. Botanical Sciences partnered with Jennifer to bring it to market the right way.
The result is a brand with something most cannabis products do not have: a story that patients actually stop and read. A formula with a documented origin. A founder who testified before the Georgia legislature and changed the law.
When one autism parent finds something that works, every autism parent in her network knows about it within a week. That is the distribution Abby's Hope carries into every new market.
The market
The patients are already there. And they are looking.
Children in the U.S. has an autism diagnosis, per the CDC.
States now list autism spectrum disorder as a qualifying condition for medical cannabis.
How fast word travels when one autism parent finds something that works.
These are families who are organized, vocal, and highly connected. They advocate for each other. They share what works. They are not passive consumers.
There are very few cannabis products designed specifically for this patient population. Abby's Hope is one of them — and it comes with a story that travels.
The IP & deal structure
Here is how this works.
Jennifer owns all intellectual property: the Abby's Hope brand, the formulation, the packaging design, the trade secrets. The Georgia agreement with Botanical Sciences is a state-specific license. Outside of Georgia, Jennifer is free to license the brand to qualified operators in states where autism is a qualifying medical cannabis condition.
What a partnership looks like
- Licensing agreement — Jennifer licenses Abby's Hope to a qualified in-state operator.
- The operator produces the formula to Jennifer's specifications and quality standards.
- Royalty structure based on the Georgia baseline, plus gross revenue share.
- IP remains with Jennifer in all markets.
- Quality oversight and production auditing built into every agreement.
I earn a small royalty on every bottle of Abby's Hope sold, and ten percent of every dollar I make goes to Two Sparrows Village, a nonprofit building communities where adults with disabilities can live independently. If you manufacture or distribute and you want in on that, nothing would make me happier than the company.
One note: Jennifer has a Right of First Refusal arrangement with Botanical Sciences in states where they hold a license. In most target states this does not apply. We confirm it at the start of every partner conversation.
What we look for
We are not going everywhere. We are going to the right places.
The families who will trust Abby's Hope with their children deserve a partner who takes quality as seriously as Jennifer does. Here is what that looks like:
- A valid cannabis manufacturing license in a state where autism qualifies for medical access
- Tincture formulation and production capability
- Pharmaceutical-grade testing and quality standards
- Meaningful dispensary distribution across your state
- A commitment to patient-centered care, not just patient volume
If that is your operation, we would like to talk.
